Cody Carter is the founder of Launch K9 and a professional dog trainer that studied at Starmark Academy in Hutto, Texas just North of Austin. The diploma certifies Cody Carter has successfully completed the requirements prescribed for graduation from Starmark Academy for Professional Dog Trainers, Inc. in the course of study of Canine Training and Behavior Specialist.

Cody specializes in board & train programs, obedience, agility, and dock diving. His training approach is built on structure, consistency, and real-world application—developing dogs that are reliable, confident, and capable in any environment.

With a strong focus on performance and behavior, Cody works with dogs of all levels—from foundational obedience to high-drive, sport-focused training. His programs are designed to build both control and drive, creating dogs that not only listen but perform with clarity and confidence.
